Sisyphus is a videoart installation piece of 3:40 in length repeating in a loop inspired by "Sisyphus's Myth" from Albert Camus by Néle Azevedo & Vanessa Ramos-Velasquez.

The images of the subject in a continuous process of melting and reconstructing refer to the human task of "being/becoming/wanting to be". Faced with the question: Where Are We Going?", Sisyphus replies solely by rolling up his boulder continuously subjected to his destiny.

The video images are of ice sculptures: water in solid state; melting/melted sculptures: water in liquid state; and projected onto the third state of water: vapor. The vapor curtain acts as the video projection "wall" onto which the video materializes.
